Quality assurance
The GQM MES organises quality assurance in the food industry through structured sample processing and reliable data analysis. Early quality checks and the recording and documentation of analysis data enable rapid intervention in the event of deviations.
Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
From incoming goods inspection to finished product evaluation, the importance of laboratories in food and beverage production is growing. The administrative, coordinative and legal requirements for the recording, evaluation and documentation of analysis data are increasing. Early detection of quality deviations enables prompt countermeasures to be taken. If all values for a raw material are within the standardised range, it can be processed further. If the analysis results of a finished batch are within the tolerance limits, it can be released for delivery. Timely documentation is the basis for qualified batch tracking and legal protection. The GQM MES – LIMS is a means of meeting these high requirements. It is a practical tool for organised sample processing and for recording, structuring and evaluating reliable analysis data.
